Gordon averaged 16.2 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game last season, while shooting 37.2 percent from 3-point range.
The nine-year NBA veteran’s career has been limited due to injuries but he was a great fit in Houston, where he played in 75 games — appearing in 60 of them off the bench — as a secondary scoring option next to MVP candidate James Harden.
