The moment you’ve been waiting for is here – the announcement of the results of the National Sports Quiz 2013!
At the outset, the Sportskeeda team would like to apologize to all the participants for the technical glitch that arose in the middle of the quiz. Regrettably, the website’s servers were not equipped to handle nearly 10,000 quiz takers simultaneously, which caused them to crash and the quiz to be temporarily inaccessible. Despite that snag, approximately 5,000 users still completed the quiz, so we thank each one of you for your patience!
Now for the announcements.
Congratulations to Aniket Mishra for emerging as the overall winner of the quiz, with a score of 103 points! Well done Aniket, that was a spectacular performance.
Also, congratulations to Saihil Heble for capturing the top prize in the Student category, with a score of 96 points!
And finally, congratulations to Siddarth Kumar for bagging the honours in the Corporate section, with a score of 80 points!
In addition, here is the list of State Champions (only the toppers with a score of 50 or higher have been considered):
Honorary mention for the highest non-resident scorers: Amit Sinha (USA – 81 points) and Omkar Shetty (Qatar – 53 points).
