Several players have moved in and out of the updated 247Sports Composite top 100, changing — however slightly — this year’s top college football top signing classes. One of those is Alabama, whose status as recruiting national champions this year was elevated to all-time status: The Tide locked in the highest-rated class of all time, edging out Florida’s 2010 class by signing two more top-50 players.
And they are still in the hunt for the top available prospect remaining.

Plus, there are still a few players with at least a four-star designation who haven’t signed with a team or have been released from their NLI: 27 entering National Signing Day, though that number has been whittled down to just five.
That includes strong-side defensive end J.T. Tuimoloau; the No. 3 player in the class remains the only five-star yet to sign. He has a top five announced, though it’s suspected his final two consists of Alabama and Ohio State. Those waiting for him to sign on Wednesday will be disappointed, however: He’s not expected to sign until April or May.
